常识	存言
释义	《存言》清唐甄著。主张“富民”是立国的根本。认为“立国之道无他，惟在于富。自古未有国贫而可以为国者。”所谓“富”，不仅是指国库充盈，更重要的是指人民富裕，“富在编户，不在府库。若编户空虚，虽府库之财积如丘山，实为贫国，不可以为国矣。”提出为政者必须“以富民为事”，“以富民为言”。这种“富民”思想，在封建社会的思想家中显得很有见地。收入《潜书》。
